Requesting a Refund or Return


To request a refund, please email contact@ichealthbeyond.com

You’ll receive a notification once your request is approved or denied.* If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your product back

Refunds are provided only for the price of the product on the original order and do not include shipping charges or coupons/discounts used at the time of purchase.

Virtual products including gift cards and memberships are non-refundable.

To receive a refund or replacement, your product must be shipped back to our warehouse.
Return ShippingReturn postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

IChealthbeyond is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

When returning products to IChealthbeyond, we recommend that you insure the return package and obtain a tracking number.

Return packages are received at IChealthbeyond during normal warehouse operating hours, Monday through Friday.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect ItemsWe are committed to providing the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact IChealthbeyond Support immediately. Provide us with as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, names and quantities of the affected items. We will be happy to provide a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.

If the items you received do not match the items on your order, we will happily ship the correct items at no additional cost to you.
We may ask that you return the incorrect items to us using a prepaid return postage label.

Note: Receiving an incorrect item does NOT include receiving a product that was purchased by mistake.
